Privacy Policy

When you submit the quote form or text us photos, you give us some or all of the following. Only name, phone, city, and a description of the job are required — the rest are optional fields you can leave blank:

• Your name, phone number, and city.
• A description of what needs to be hauled.
• Optionally: your email address, service address, and ZIP code.
• Optionally: photos of the items, and details such as job type, where the items are located, approximate amount, and your timeline.
• Your preferred contact method.

Our server also records, automatically, the IP address and browser user-agent the submission came from, which page you submitted from, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on. We use those to stop automated spam, to rate-limit abuse, and to know which pages actually produce work.

To price your job and get back to you. That is the whole purpose. Specifically we use it to write your quote, to call, text, or email you about that job, to schedule and complete the work, and to keep a record of the job afterwards.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote, and we do not pass your details to other contractors or lead brokers.

Only the service providers that make the form work. Each one receives your submission solely to deliver it to us or store it for us:

• Resend — delivers the lead to us by email.
• ntfy.sh — sends the crew a push notification so a lead is not missed.
• Upstash (Redis) — stores a durable backup copy of the lead and powers spam rate-limiting.
• UploadThing — hosts any photos you attach.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the request.
• Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager — measures site traffic.

Beyond those, we share information only if we are legally required to, or if it is necessary to complete work you have asked us to do — for example, giving a property manager a certificate of insurance for their file.

The backup store holds the most recent 1,000 submissions; older ones drop off automatically as new ones arrive. Lead emails remain in our business mailbox, and records of completed jobs are kept as long as we need them for accounting, warranty, and tax purposes.

This site uses Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to count visits and see which pages lead to quote requests. That uses cookies and collects standard web analytics data, including a truncated IP address and general location.

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with any tracker-blocking extension, and the site will work normally.

If you text us photos or check the consent box on the form, you are agreeing that we can reply by call, text, or email about that haul. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. We do not send marketing blasts or promotional texts.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email sales@roysecityjunkremoval.com or call 469-721-0154, and say what you would like done. We will action it and confirm.

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we honor those requests from anyone who asks regardless of where they live.

This is a service for property owners and tenants. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and stored with the providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we keep what we collect to the minimum that lets us quote and complete your job.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
