Royse City Junk Removal is an owner-operated hauling crew working Royse City, the I-30 corridor, and the rest of Rockwall County. We have been hauling junk in this county since 2018.
Most of our work is ordinary and local: homeowners clearing garages, landlords turning rentals between tenants, remodelers cleaning up after a job, and families working through a house that has to be emptied. We are not a franchise, and the number on this site reaches the people who will actually load the trailer.
The business operates as a trade name of i30 Builders LLC, which is why you will occasionally see that name on paperwork or a certificate of insurance. Same people, same trucks.
How we work
Four things shape every job we take. They are the reason this site looks the way it does.
The price comes before the work
Every haul is quoted from photos, and the number you approve is the number you pay as long as the load matches what you sent. If there is more than we saw, you get the new figure before anything moves — never after.
No rate card, because no two loads are the same
A garage of boxes and a garage of tile fill the same trailer and cost very different money to dispose of. Publishing a range would anchor you to a number nobody quoted you, so we quote each job instead.
You do not lift anything
We carry it out from wherever it is sitting — upstairs, back yard, attic, storage unit. Nothing needs to be dragged to the curb before we arrive.
We tell you when we are the wrong answer
If a dumpster genuinely suits your project better, or your city curbside allowance already covers it, we will say so. It costs us a job and saves you money.
The practical details
- Hours. Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Closed Sunday.
- Insurance. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate for landlords, property managers, or HOAs that need one on file.
- Payment. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, debit, and major credit cards — after the load is on the truck and you are happy with the work.
- Scheduling. A one- to two-hour arrival window, with a text when we are on the way. Same-day and next-day are often possible.
Where your load goes
We sort before we dump. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation, metal goes to scrap, and regulated items — refrigerants, tires, electronics — go through their own channels. What is genuinely spent goes to a regional landfill, because that is where spent material goes.
We will not tell you we recycle everything. A mixed household load cannot be, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling something.
