Construction & Remodel Debris Removal in Royse City, TX

A remodel produces debris faster than anyone plans for, and it is the one category where a small-looking pile can be the heaviest thing we load all week.

We clear job sites between phases so the next trade can work, and we clear the leftovers at the end so the space can be handed over.

What we take

  • Cabinets, countertops, and vanities
  • Doors, trim, baseboard, and moulding
  • Drywall, plaster, and insulation
  • Flooring — carpet, pad, laminate, vinyl, and tile
  • Framing lumber and non-treated scrap wood
  • Fixtures, old plumbing, and light demolition material

This is where weight beats volume

On almost every other job, how much space the load takes decides the price. Remodel debris is the exception. Disposal is billed to us by the ton, and a bathroom’s worth of tile, mortar, and plaster can weigh several times what an entire living room of furniture weighs while filling a fraction of the trailer.

It is why a small bathroom demo can price higher than a large garage cleanout, and why we ask what the load actually contains rather than just how big the pile looks. Tell us if there is tile, mortar, dirt, or shingles in it.

Large volumes of concrete, dirt, or roofing need approval before we come out, so we arrive with the right setup rather than a trailer we cannot legally load to the top.

How it is priced

Quoted on weight as much as volume. Wood, cabinets, and drywall are light for their size; tile, mortar, and roofing are not.

If your project will produce debris over more than a couple of days, a dumpster is genuinely the better tool and we will say so.

What sets the number on any haul

Before we arrive

  • Say if there is tile, mortar, dirt or shingles in it. Those change the quote more than the size of the pile does.
  • Keep it out of the weather if you can. Wet drywall and soaked lumber weigh considerably more.
  • Pull anything with fuel or chemicals in it aside — paint, thinner, sealants. Those go through household hazardous waste, not our trailer.

Construction & Remodel Debris questions

Can you take concrete or roofing shingles?

In limited amounts, with approval first. Both are extremely heavy and need to be planned for. Send photos and tell us roughly how much before we schedule.

Can you come out mid-project between trades?

Yes. Clearing between phases so the next trade can work is routine. Text photos when the pile is ready.

Is this cheaper than renting a dumpster?

For a one-time clear at the end, usually. For a multi-week demo where debris appears continuously, a dumpster is the better buy and we will tell you that.

Can you come mid-project between trades?

Yes, and it is routine. Clearing between phases so the next trade can work is a normal call for us. Text photos when the pile is ready.

Do you work with contractors on a standing basis?

Yes. If you are clearing sites regularly it is worth setting that up once rather than quoting every job from scratch. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate for a builder or a property.
