How to Prepare for a Junk Removal Pickup (and Get a Faster, Cheaper Quote)

You don’t have to do much — but a little helps

We do all the lifting and loading, so you don’t need to move anything heavy or sort through piles before we arrive. That said, a few minutes of prep makes the visit quicker, keeps your quote tight, and makes sure we grab everything you actually want gone. Here’s the short list.

Take wide photos first

Before anything else, text 2–5 wide photos to 469-721-0145. Wide shots that show the whole pile — not close-ups — let us quote accurately and lock the price before we load. A photo from the garage doorway beats five photos of individual boxes every time.

Pull everything into one spot if you can

You don’t have to, but grouping items in one area — the garage, the curb, one room — speeds the job up and can lower the labor portion of your quote. If items are spread across the house, attic, and backyard, that’s fine too; just mention it so we plan for the carry.

• Curbside or garage piles are the fastest and cheapest to load.
• Stairs, long carries, and tight access take more time — tell us up front so there are no surprises.
• If some items stay, tag them or set them aside so we don’t haul the wrong thing.

Clear a path for the truck and trailer

We bring a truck and trailer, so a clear driveway or a spot to back in near the pile helps a lot. On the rural properties out toward Caddo Mills and Greenville, let us know about gates, cattle guards, soft ground, or low branches so we come prepared.

Double-check for restricted items

A handful of things we can’t legally haul — wet paint, fuel, chemicals, certain batteries. Pull those out of the pile ahead of time so the rest loads clean. Not sure about something? Snap a photo and we’ll tell you yes or no before pickup day.
