Garage Cleanouts in Royse City, TX
No one decides to fill a garage. It happens one reasonable decision at a time — the box from the move, the exercise bike, the paint from the guest room, the bike two sizes ago. Then one summer you realise you have not parked in it for three years.
We clear the haul pile in one visit so the job actually finishes, instead of becoming a project that lives on the driveway for a month.
What we take
- Broken and outgrown furniture, shelving, and workbenches
- Exercise equipment, bikes, and sports gear
- Boxes, bins, and years of accumulated clutter
- Old appliances and the spare fridge that stopped working
- Lawn equipment, tools, and scrap lumber
- Cardboard, packing material, and general household junk
A Texas garage has its own timeline
Two things make this a specifically local job. First, heat: an unconditioned garage here is comfortable until about ten in the morning for half the year, which is why a cleanout that starts at seven finishes and one that starts at noon does not.
Second, what the heat and humidity do to storage. Cardboard on a concrete floor is what a roach or a mouse is looking for, and a summer in an uncooled garage will ruin paper, photographs, and candles. A lot of what we haul out of garages here was ruined in place rather than outgrown.
How it is priced
Garage cleanouts are priced by how much of the trailer the load fills once it is stacked, plus how much sorting the crew has to do as they go. A pile already pulled into the driveway loads faster than a garage worked shelf by shelf.
Paint, chemicals, fuel, and propane cannot ride in the trailer — pull those aside and we will point you at the county collection program.

What sets the number on any haulBefore we arrive
- Pull the restricted items aside first — paint, fuel, pool and lawn chemicals, propane. Those cannot ride in the trailer and finding them mid-load slows everything down.
- Mark or move anything that stays. Tape works. Once it is on the trailer it is gone.
- Start early if it is summer. An unconditioned garage here is comfortable until about ten in the morning.
Garage Cleanouts questions
Do I have to sort everything before you arrive?
No, but it helps the price. Anything you can pull into one pile loads faster, and loading time is part of the quote. Never move anything heavy on your own account — that is our job.
Can you take the paint and chemicals?
No. Liquid paint, solvents, fuel, and pool chemicals are household hazardous waste and go through county collection programs. Latex paint dried completely solid is the one exception — it becomes ordinary trash.
How long does a garage take?
Most single-garage jobs are under an hour on site. A packed two-car garage that has to be sorted as we go can run to a couple of hours.
Do I have to be there the whole time?
No. Walk the pile with us at the start so we both agree on what is going, and after that you can get on with your day.
Can you do half a garage?
Yes. Plenty of jobs are one wall, one corner, or just the bulky things. There is no requirement to clear the whole space.
